Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for business analysis, system design, and functional development;
2. Able to fully understand business requirements, responsible for the analysis, abstraction, architecture, research and development process, and final quality of business projects;
3. Strong technical research and development ability, and willing to guide junior engineers to promote team growth together;
4. Have the willingness and ability to continuously optimize performance, improve system stability, and use automation methods to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more of technical development experience, with experience in complex backend or high concurrency system development and design;
2. Possess technical breadth and depth commensurate with work experience, strong analytical, abstract, and design thinking abilities;
3. High self drive, high technical vision, and the ability to combine business needs to implement suitable technical solutions.
