In this two activities, each group shared their working experiences. The purposes of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and QCC (Quality Control Circle) activities are to encourage all staffs to actively participate in the continuous improvement activities of the plant. In TPM, related staffs analyzed equipment aging matters and discuessed how to deal with them.In QCC,related staffs focuses on how to improve product quality.These important activities can continuously reduce various wastes in production, cost down plant operation costs, and speed up delivery time. In the long run, they can enhance the core competitiveness of Rimex and increase customer satisfaction.
